LMO7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,201 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMO7_S1441, LMO7_S1458, and LMO7_S652. Each is linked with LMO7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO7-to-partner and partner-to-LMO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO7 versus LMO7_S1441 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
