Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC5, CLIC3, and SDR16C5. Each is linked with LMO7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO7-to-partner and partner-to-LMO7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO7 versus CLIC5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
