LMO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHAP4, ITPK1, and EMC9. Each is linked with LMO7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO7-to-partner and partner-to-LMO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHAP4 grouped by LMO7-low versus LMO7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
