LMO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,964 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMND1, SEMA3G, and SPATS1. Each is linked with LMO7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO7-to-partner and partner-to-LMO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STMND1 grouped by LMO7-low versus LMO7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
