Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMO7-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LMO7-AS1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LMO7-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMO7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where LMO7-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
