Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMO7-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMO7-AS1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LMO7-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMO7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD and KIRP are the cancer types where LMO7-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
