Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,174 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP72, BCL7A, and PLCE1. Each is linked with LMO4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO4-to-partner and partner-to-LMO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO4 versus CEP72 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
