Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, STRA8, and ZNF804B. Each is linked with LMO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO4-to-partner and partner-to-LMO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by LMO4-low versus LMO4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
