Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,098 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAS3, MRPS12, and ABHD17B. Each is linked with LMO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO2-to-partner and partner-to-LMO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO2 versus HAS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
