Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Memory B-cells, Epithelial cells, and naive B-cells. Each is linked with LMO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO2-to-partner and partner-to-LMO2 results are reported.
