The most reproducible LMO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, Postsynapse assembly, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with LMO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO2-to-partner and partner-to-LMO2 results are reported.
