Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,767 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH1, RPL6, and C8orf33. Each is linked with LMO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO2-to-partner and partner-to-LMO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO2 versus CDH1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
