Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMNTD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMNTD2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LMNTD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMNTD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, GBM, and LIHC are the cancer types where LMNTD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
