Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMNTD2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LMNTD2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LMNTD2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMNTD2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

COAD, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where LMNTD2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
