LMNTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with LMNTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNTD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMNTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by LMNTD1-low versus LMNTD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
