LMF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF213, MUC16, and RYR2. Each is linked with LMF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF2-to-partner and partner-to-LMF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF213 grouped by LMF2-low versus LMF2-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
