Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,805 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27A, LCN12, and FTCDNL1. Each is linked with LMF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF2-to-partner and partner-to-LMF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMF2 versus RPS27A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
