Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSR1, STT3A, and ATL3. Each is linked with LMF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF2-to-partner and partner-to-LMF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMF2 versus SSR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
