LMF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LMF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF2-to-partner and partner-to-LMF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by LMF2-low versus LMF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
