LMF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 222 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EN1, LANCL1, and KCNK4. Each is linked with LMF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF2-to-partner and partner-to-LMF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EN1 grouped by LMF2-low versus LMF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
