Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMCD1_S16, CNN3, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with LMCD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMCD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMCD1 versus LMCD1_S16 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
