LMCD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,989 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRX1, COL8A1, and MXRA8. Each is linked with LMCD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMCD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMCD1 versus PRRX1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
