LMCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP232, ACTL10, and RN7SL447P. Each is linked with LMCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMCD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP232 grouped by LMCD1-low versus LMCD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
