Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,087 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition, Cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with LMCD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMCD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition grouped by LMCD1-low versus LMCD1-high in BONE.
