Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMBRD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMBRD2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LMBRD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMBRD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where LMBRD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
