Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,401 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS30, NADK2, and DNAJC21. Each is linked with LMBRD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD2 results are reported.
