Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMBRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, MED27, and SAP30. Each is linked with LMBRD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by LMBRD2-low versus LMBRD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
