Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMBRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,127 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Vesicle tethering, and Negative regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with LMBRD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD2 results are reported.
