LMBRD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMBRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, WFDC11, and GNG8. Each is linked with LMBRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by LMBRD2-low versus LMBRD2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
