LMBRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR75, RBM4_S86, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with LMBRD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBRD1 versus WDR75 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
