Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS1, PPM1G, and USP18. Each is linked with LMBRD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBRD1 versus FADS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
