LMBRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, Rab25, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with LMBRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heregulin grouped by LMBRD1-low versus LMBRD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
