LMBRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMBRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 863 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC8, NAT8B, and EIF3L. Each is linked with LMBRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC8 grouped by LMBRD1-low versus LMBRD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
