Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,180 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, SENP2_S344, and PECAM1. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2L versus XRCC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
