LMAN2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT7, AGTRAP, and NLK. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2L versus GGT7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
