LMAN2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, VN2R9P, and RN7SL318P. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by LMAN2L-low versus LMAN2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
