LMAN2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETS-1, FoxM1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETS-1 grouped by LMAN2L-low versus LMAN2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
