LMAN2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMAN2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,003 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYOX1, TMEM127, and UGGT1. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2L versus PCYOX1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
