Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMAN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMAN2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LMAN2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMAN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, MESO, and UCEC are the cancer types where LMAN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
