LMAN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RARS1, CLINT1, and SFXN1. Each is linked with LMAN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2 versus RARS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
