LMAN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERGIC1, SPATA5, and SSR4. Each is linked with LMAN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2 versus ERGIC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
