LMAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-223P, MIR30C1, and NF1P6. Each is linked with LMAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-223P grouped by LMAN2-low versus LMAN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
