LMAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Kobe2602, ICL1100013, and Ara-G. Each is linked with LMAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Kobe2602 grouped by LMAN2-low versus LMAN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
