LMAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, NARS1, and VPS4B. Each is linked with LMAN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN1 versus SMAD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
