LMAN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,653 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPB41L1, SEC11C, and DIDO1. Each is linked with LMAN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN1 versus EPB41L1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
