LMAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01432, RNU1-17P, and TRAJ24. Each is linked with LMAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01432 grouped by LMAN1-low versus LMAN1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
