LMAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,670 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, XAGE5, and TOP3B. Each is linked with LMAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by LMAN1-low versus LMAN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
