LLPHP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLPHP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,070 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLPHP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPHOSPH10, ZFHX3_S3432, and COIL_T303. Each is linked with LLPHP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLPHP3-to-partner and partner-to-LLPHP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LLPHP3 versus MPHOSPH10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLPHP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLPHP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
