LLPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, CAND1, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with LLPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLPH-to-partner and partner-to-LLPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LLPH versus MYG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
