LLPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6750, RNU7-107P, and RNU7-176P. Each is linked with LLPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLPH-to-partner and partner-to-LLPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6750 grouped by LLPH-low versus LLPH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
